Amerex have restored an untouched 1923 character home in the leafy suburb of Mount Lawley to its former glory.
Extension and Floorplan remodeling
The extension and remodeling included a spacious open plan living area with lounge, dining, kitchen, scullery, laundry, double garage, ensuite and walk-in robes.
Comprehensive renovation and upgrade of plumbing and electrical to modern standards
All existing rooms were renovated and all electrics and plumbing were upgraded to modern standards.
Heritage Sensitive elements
Amerex worked closely with the owners to incorporate a range of upcycled elements including timber windows, pressed metal porch and verandah lining and feature gargoyles on the roof to retain as much heritage and character features as possible.
Complete Renovation inside and outside
Many character homes in Mt Lawley have had mini renovations during their lifetime. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. This home was unique in that it had been absolutely untouched since it was built in 1923. This renovation left no stone unturned and this comprehensive renovation completely renovated the entire home both inside and out.
